Law Office In Jure OÜ was established on 29 March 2004, in Tartu.
The aim of our law office to provide each client with a defence of their interests that is based on current law, while also being relevant, professional, and confidential. Our clients are companies, private individuals, and other legal entities. The long-term experience of Law Office In Jure’s attorneys in various fields of law serves as the guarantee for the quality of legal services provided to our clients, which is the priority of our firm. Legal proceedings

In Jure’s attorneys are experienced in all types of litigation and always give their best.

Consultancy of companies and client relations

Advising companies is a daily practice for our attorneys. By being in a client relationship, companies can obtain legal advice at any time to solve the problem they are facing. We advise on legal issues related to business activities, advise on the preparation and conclusion of transactions, represent and advise companies on debt-claims and other legal issues that may arise in connection with the company’s business activities.

Debt-claims and claims for the compensation of damage

Defending the client’s interests in relation to debt-claims is perhaps the area where an attorney’s help is most often needed. Our attorneys are competent and ready to represent the client in the case of claims under the law of obligations. This is both in the event of situations where there is a need to make a debt-claim, or where a debt-claim has been made against a client.
